What is Trend Enthusiast?
Trend Enthusiast is a rewards program that allows our members access to all rewards, discounts, contests, sweepstakes, and more at JEXIE.
How does the program work?
The program is based on earning points, which can be converted into rewards. After you earn points, you can unlock rewards and redeem for products available on JEXIE. The more points you earn, the more rewards you will be able to unlock and use.
How can I join?
Click on My Rewards or the gift widget at the bottom right of your screen, and click the unlock button. Once you have registered, you can start participating in all actions shown to earn points.
How can I earn points?
You earn points every time you shop at www.jexieusa.com and by completing activities on your account, such as following us on social media, referring a friend, signing up for our newsletters, and much more! Click on rewards to see the list of activities available for you.
How can I redeem my points?
You can use your redeemable points at JEXIE for exclusive rewards, which can be redeemed at checkout.
How often can I participate in the same activity to earn points? How often can I use the same reward?
There might be limitations on certain activities that allow you to earn points, but you can complete the same activity if it is still available. You can also redeem your points for the same reward if you have enough points and if the reward is available!
How do I view my points balance?
Your balance can be viewed after you log in to your account by clicking the rewards link in the bottom menu or by tapping the gift widget at the bottom right-hand side of your screen.
What are redeemable points?
Your redeemable points refer to points you have available to redeem for rewards.
I completed an activity, but I did not get any points.
It may take up to 7 days for eligible purchases or actions to post to your account. It may take 24 hours for you to be able to redeem points once rewarded. If it has been longer than that, please let us know.
I completed checkout as a guest or while not logged into my account. How can I apply my reward and earn points for my order?
Because rewards are exclusive for Trend Enthusiasts, you did not earn points for your order as a guest or while not logged into your account. But no worries! If you are already a member, please send us a message, tell us which reward you would like to apply towards your order, and we will be happy to apply it for you. Your new points will be added to your balance as well.
What happens if I or someone I referred returns the order?
Unfortunately, rewards used on your order and/or points earned will become invalid and will be removed from your account.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
There is no limit! The more points you earn, the more rewards you can redeem.
Can I use my rewards to purchase a gift card?
Rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Rewards cannot be exchanged for money.
How are my rewards calculated?
Your rewards are based on the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping. This means you earn points on what you spend, plus any taxes and shipping fees.
Do discounts affect my rewards?
Yes, if you use a discount on your order, it will reduce the amount used to calculate your rewards. For example, if you buy something for $100 with a $10 discount, you’ll earn points on $90.
What if I use a gift card?
If you use a gift card, the amount of the gift card will not count towards your rewards. For instance, if you have a $50 gift card, your rewards will be based on the remaining amount after using the gift card.
Do my points expire?
Yes! Your coupons expire after 90 days and your points balance after 12 months.
What can I do if I forgot my password?
Click "Forgot Password" → enter the email of your registered account → complete the reCAPTCHA challenge → you will receive an email to reset your password → once you reset your password, you will be taken to your account to login.
By joining the rewards program, what am I agreeing to?
By joining the Trend Enthusiast rewards program, you agree that you have read and understood the program Privacy Policy, terms of service and any changes or modifications we may make to these program terms and conditions. Additionally, you agree to receive email notifications regarding the program, notifications about your account activities, and newsletter if subscribed. You may change your notification preferences at any time.
How will you use the information I provide through the program?
The personal information we collect from you related to the rewards program is subject to our privacy policy.
How can I terminate/cancel my membership?
We are sad to see you go. Please note that your points balance is not recoverable after membership cancellation. If you are determined to terminate your membership, send us your request at rewards@jexieusa.com.
