Handling & Shipping


Before shipping your order, our company normally takes 2-4 business days preparing products, making quality and safety procedures, and carefully packaging the items. It means the processing time is separated from the shipping time. It may take 1 to 4 business days to issue your tracking activity after your order is dispatched to the carrier.

Orders placed through the store, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and any other platform, are subject to the same handling and shipping policy.

Some items, such as shoes, may be processed and shipped normally, but certain styles are made to order; therefore, it may take 5 - 10 business days to process before shipping. 

For orders with more than one item, we may split it into several packages according to items availability on our warehouses; be patient while your package is in transit.


We are currently shipping within United States (US), United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Colombia, Germany, Argentina, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Spain, France, Belgium, Sweden, Brazil, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, and New Zealand. Shipments to other countries may become available in the future. 
For each customer, delivery time will depend on type of order, quantity of items, country to be shipped, distance, etc. 

Free Shipping

Shipping cost on USA orders are a Flat Rate of $5.99.

Shipping cost for other countries vary by location and weight.

All domestic orders  of $79 or more are eligible for an special offer of free shipping.

Usually, total shipping time to USA may take approximately 7 to 14 business days after order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times could be slightly affected by holidays, COVID-19 interference with the carriers and their processes, etc. 

We do not deliver to lockers or P.O boxes other than U.S Postal service accessible addresses.

Please note that is buyer's responsibility making sure shipping address is complete, accurate, and valid for delivery by any carrier. We are not responsible for lost, undelivered, delayed or returned packages due to address errors, and buyer must pay to reship, redirect, or return the package(s).

Currently, we do not offer overnight or expedited shipping/delivery.

International Shipping

International standard shipping orders may take 15 to 30 business days, and 4 to 7 business days on Express shipping after order is dispatched for selected countries.

We do not ship to Puerto Rico and other US territories.

All free shipping orders are sent standard, and are subject to our Return & Refund policy.

Delivery time could extend slightly due to Holidays, inclement weather, national and international safety procedures due to  pandemic interference with freight services, stock availability, etc. if applicable.

If you need to place a large order (15 items for example) and no shipping option is available, please contact us to request an order quotation. We do not wholesale.
