Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at JEXIE operated by JEXIE, LLC.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return it through our Returns Center. To initiate a return, it must be within seven (7) days from the date you received the item you need to return. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you must report it to our customer service team within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Please include a picture or short video of the damaged item in your message if needed.
Customers must notify our customer service department or initiate the process online within that time frame to be eligible for a return.
Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement other than shipping fees and a restocking fee of $7.99 or 15%, whichever is greater. If your items exhibit signs of usage or damages, or is returned outside of the designated return timeframe, the restocking fee will be charged at our discretion, and you will be informed. Your funds will be reflected back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on how quickly your financial institution makes your funds available.
JEXIE provides a full refund for any items that are deemed faulty or damaged due to our error. Please note that damages caused by the buyer or a third party are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item you purchased or received as a gift, you need to return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping costs for purchases and returns must be paid by buyers and are not refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. We regret that items on Final Sale/Clearance Sale cannot be returned and refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Items
Buyer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.
Do not send your item back before initiating a return request with us!
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual reception of the items.
Refunds
Refund requests from our customers are acceptable unconditionally if customer service confirms we have sent the wrong item.
When requesting a refund, please provide details of your order to receive faster assistance. You can send us information such as your order number, your full name, item name and descriptions, email address, etc. (Do not send your credit/debit card or payment method information). We are not liable for items sent to the wrong address or delayed for the same reason.
For a refund, the value of the returned item will be credited to the card or any other form of payment used in the original transaction. We will initiate your refund after our Returns Center has received and processed your package. Refunds to credit or debit cards may take 7 to 10 business days to be reflected on your account, depending on how fast your bank or financial institution makes your funds available to you.
The buyer must cover shipping costs, and shipping fees are not refundable.

E-Gift Cards & Gifts
E-Gift cards are not returnable or refundable. We cannot reissue lost or stolen gift cards. If orders purchased with a gift card are returned, the refund will be issued to a new card, and the original E-Card will not be refunded. The new card will be sent to the email address linked to the account used when making your purchase.
If you buy a gift, the gift will be shipped directly to you, and in case of returns, you will receive a new gift credit for the value of your return. Once the product you are returning to us is received, the new gift card will be emailed to you.
If the products were not purchased as a gift, or the gift buyer had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift buyer.
