Orders
Please make sure the personal data you provide (email address, phone, mailing address, etc.), are truthful and accurate, to avoid any inconvenience that it may cause after transactions.
If you need to place a large order and no shipping option is available, please contact us to request an order quotation.
Please note that for orders with more than one item, we may split it into several packages according to items availability on our warehouses.
If you do not know your sizes, you me use our general Size Guide for reference.
Some items, such as shoes, may be processed and shipped normally, but certain styles are made to order; therefore, it may take 5 - 10 business days to process before shipping.
Payments
We offer a variety of payment options to facilitate your process. We accept payments with credit and debit cards including MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Visa, and Diners Club, and others.
If your payment method is not listed, we still encourage you to use it to pay for your order with us.
You can also pay with your PayPal account through our secure checkout. When you use Paypal as your payment Method, you will be redirected to their payment page to confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password. The same procedure may apply when using Shop Pay, Google Pay and others.
JEXIE process all orders in USD. Although the content of your cart could present another currency you will check out using US Dollars at the most current exchange rate.
Please note that JEXIE under no circumstances and at no stage of the transaction does not collect or access the buyer's credit / debit card number, details or personal information when making a payment.
JEXIE does not keep any electronic record of such data and, therefore, under no circumstances will JEXIE be responsible for the fraudulent and unauthorized use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
If your payment is denied or if have questions about your transactions on our site, please consult the financial institution or bank that issued your card or payment method.
Orders Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming you placed an order.
We are unable to cancel orders after it has been processed (after is in an advance stage we cannot guarantee we can stop it), or after it has been dispatched.
If your order requires a quotation, we will email you with the information specific to your order.
Please note that orders are not valid until after usual anti-fraud, security, legal related checks are conducted, and we receive confirmation of cleared payments; then we will process your order. We reserve the right to deny or cancel any order that do not comply with our policies and security procedures.
It is essential to check your order details, as well as data associated with the shipping and billing to avoid system rejections and delays.
Although not very common, there may be circumstances when we may have to cancel your order. The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:
1. The item is out of stock
2. Additional information is needed before we can proceed to process your order but was not received.
3. We could not verify your identity.
You will receive an email from our customer service team if any part of your order is canceled or if we need additional information to process the order. You will not be charged for the canceled items, and you will get a full refund.
