Orders Payments

We process all orders in U.S. dollars. Although your cart may display another currency, you will check out using U.S. dollars at the most current exchange rate.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns & Refunds

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Additionally, we do not refund postage fees for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.

In the event that we need to redirect or reship a package, the buyer must cover the postage costs.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Colombia, Germany, Argentina, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Spain, France, Belgium, Sweden, Brazil, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, and New Zealand. Shipments to other countries may be added in the future. Please note that we do not ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories.

International shipping rates cover shipping only. Customs duties, taxes, general sales tax, value added tax, import tariffs, etc., may be assessed by the customs authorities of the importing country, depending on the contents and destination of your shipment.

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to import customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are not set by JEXIE but by your country's government. Such fees are typically due upon arrival of the package in the destination country, in accordance with local import and postal regulations. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permissions or documentation required for import approval and to pay all related fees. We do not charge or are responsible for these fees.

Your package may be held at your local customs office if it is subject to customs fees. Please contact your local customs office for information on paying these fees to receive your package. Packages may experience delays during delivery if selected for inspection by your country’s customs department or agency. Please note that we do not have control over these processes or associated fees, nor do we benefit from them.

Please note that handling or processing time refers to the duration between when the customer places the order and when we ship the product. Any orders with free shipping are sent via standard shipping and are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Tracking numbers will be activated once the carrier scans the package into their system.
