Because the world is going through the COVID-19 pandemic, JEXIE is taking the necessary steps to keep the well-being of our customers and staff as our top priority. Therefore, we have released this important update with helpful notes.

approximate time-frame that should be used for reference purpose only.
Some countries have temporarily suspended international shipments, which means items may not be available to ship to your country.
We accept domestic returns on most of our products. There are items that cannot be returned such as: The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery which includes but are not limited to: Face Masks, Underwear, Cosmetics, Beauty Products, etc.

Due to social limitation and strict hygiene measures, delays in the processing, delivery, and return of packages may be experienced.
It may take up to two weeks for your refund to post to your account as this depends on your banking institution, but generally your refund will post much earlier.
