We process all orders in US dollars. Although the content of your cart could present another currency you will check out using US Dollars at the most current exchange rate.
In case you need to cancel your order, we are unable to cancel orders after it has been processed (after is in an advance stage we cannot guarantee we can stop it), or after it has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
We currently Do Not accept returns and/or exchange international orders.
We do not refund postage fees for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages.
In the event that we need to redirect or reship a package, buyer must pay for postage.
We are currently shipping within United States (US), United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Colombia, Germany, Argentina, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Spain, France, Belgium, Sweden, Brazil, Ireland, El Salvador, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, and New Zealand; shipments to other countries are coming soon. We do not ship to Puerto Rico and other US territories.

International shipping rates cover shipping only. Customs duties, tax, general sales tax, value added tax, import tariffs, etc. may be assessed by the customs authorities of the importing country depending on the contents and destination country of your shipment.
Orders with destination outside of the U.S. may be subject to country's import customs duties, tax, general sales tax, value added tax, import tariffs or brokerage fees. Those fees are Not set by JEXIE rather by your country's government. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country, or in accordance with your local import and postal regulations of your country. If there is any of those fees, it is your responsibility to obtain any governmental permission or documentation required for import approval as well as paying all fees. We do not charge nor are responsible for any of those fees.
If your package is subject to customs fees, your package may be held at your local customs office. Please contact your local customs office to get information on paying fees to get your package.
Your package may experience delays during delivery if your package is selected randomly by your country’s customs department or agency for inspection.
We do not have any control over these processes or fees associated with the importation of any order into any country, nor benefit from these charges.
Please note that handling or processing time refers to the time-frame between the moment the customer place the order and the company ships the product. Any free shipping orders are sent standard, and are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.
Tracking numbers will activate once the shipping company scans the package to their system.
