Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at JEXIE operated by JEXIE, LLC.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return it on our Returns Center. To initiate a return, it must be within seven (7) days from the date you received the item you need to return. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you must report it to our customer service team within twenty four (24) hours upon receipt. Please include a picture or short video of damaged item on your message if needed.
Customer must notify our customer services department or initiate the process online within that time frame to be eligible for return.
Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement other than shipping fees, and restocking fee of $4.99 or 10%, whichever is greater. If your item presents sings of usage or damages, or are returned outside of the designated return timeframe, the restocking amount will be charged at our discretion and you will be informed. Your funds will be reflected back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on how quickly your financial institution makes your funds available.
JEXIE offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damages caused by buyer or third party do not qualify for refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item you purchased or received as a gift, you need to return the original item and place a new order.
International Orders

Shipping Costs
Buyer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping costs of purchases and returns must be paid by buyers and are not refundable.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The item(s) were delivered within the last 7 days
- All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and/or unworn, unwashed, undamaged with its original tags or package.
- Customer must request a return before sending back the package by placing a request in the return center, through our contact page, or direct messaging on Facebook or Instagram. (Requests or concerns placed on public/social platforms as comments or reviews are not valid as a return request, so please contact us to be assisted properly and in a timely manner).
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee of the greater of $4.99 or 10% the cost of your order. If your items have sings of usage, damages, or are returned outside of the designated return timeframe, the restocking amount will be charged at our discretion and you will be informed.
- Customer agreed to contact us (or will place a request) before returning items, because we are not liable for items sent to wrong address or lost in transit.
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Final sale items.
- Items placed in dispute by buyer through a third party before or instead of contacting us with concerns, cancellation intend or return items and request a refund. This items are Not returnable or refundable, buyer is agree and must pay for that merchandise if is or it becomes unpaid. Learn more in our Terms of Service - Section 1.2
- Items that were delivered over 7 days.
- The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery which includes but are not limited to: Face masks and coverings, fragrances, underwear, gift cards, cosmetics, beauty products, etc.
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. We regret that items on Final Sale/ Clearance Sale items cannot be returned and refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Items
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.
Do not send your item back before initiating a return request with us!
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual reception of the items.
Refunds
The refund request from our customers are acceptable unconditionally if customer service confirm we have sent the wrong item.
When requesting a refund, please provide details of your order to receive faster assistance. You can send us information such as order number, your full name, item's name and descriptions, email address, etc. (Do Not send your credit/debit card or payment method information). We are not liable for item sent to the wrong address, or delayed for the same reason.
For a refund, the value of the returned item will be credited to the card, or any other form of payment used in the original transaction. We will initiate your refund after our return center have received and processed your package. Refunds to credit or debit cards may take 7 to 10 business days to be reflected on your account.
Buyer is must cover shipments costs, and monies of shipments are not refundable.

E-Gift Cards & Gifts
E-Gift cards are not returnable or refundable. We cannot reissue lost or stolen gift cards. If orders purchased with a gift card are returned, the refund will issued to a new card, and it will not be refunded the original E-Card. The new card will be sent to the email address linked to the account used when making your purchase.
If you buy a gift, the gift will be shipped directly to you, and in case of returns. you will receive a new gift credit for the value of your return. Once the product you are returning to us is received, the new gift card will be emailed to you.
If the products were not purchased for a gift, or the gift buyer had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift buyer.
